About Artsiom Dziaineka

I am an AI Automation and Full-Stack Engineer building systems that remove manual business work.

My English professional name is Artsiom Dziaineka. In Russian, my name is Артём Дейнеко. I am based in Warsaw, Poland, and I focus on full-stack web applications, API integrations, and AI-assisted workflows for real business operations.

Identity

Who I am

I am a Computer Science engineering student in Warsaw, studying in Polish and building practical software around business automation. I first studied Computer Science at the University of Siedlce and then continued in Data Science and AI at the Academy of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw. My work is not focused on abstract demos. I care about systems that save time, reduce mistakes, and help teams move data safely between tools.

I position myself as an AI Automation and Full-Stack Engineer because modern software work is increasingly about combining product interfaces, backend systems, integration design, AI tools, and strong product thinking. I use AI-assisted development tools, but I still focus on understanding requirements, validating outputs, and designing reliable workflows.

Background

From low-level basics to full-stack delivery

My technical path started with C++, memory-management basics, and low-level experiments with MASM32 and SMS32.exe, including small assembly-oriented pieces connected with C++ code. I then moved through Linux/Bash, databases, PHP/MySQL, JavaFX, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and REST API development. That mix gave me a practical view of software: user interfaces matter, data models matter, and reliable communication between systems matters. One early Java project explored local services, multithreading, encryption, and file transfer for text and image data.

Before positioning myself for professional full-stack automation work, I also supported students and junior learners with programming guidance, practice prototypes, documentation, GitHub setup, and implementation mentoring across PHP/MySQL, Django, .NET, REST APIs, and Java projects. That early client experience trained me to explain technical work clearly, move quickly, and deliver structured results under deadline pressure.

What I Build

Full-stack applications

Modern interfaces, APIs, database workflows, background jobs, validation, and reliable data movement.

Business integrations

CRM, HR, finance, payroll, e-commerce, webhooks, REST APIs, and legacy system bridges.

AI-assisted workflows

LLM features with structured outputs, validation, and guardrails before production use.

Operational tools

Desktop and web tools that help non-technical teams replace repetitive manual work.

Client Signals

Early feedback consistently pointed to speed, clarity, and practical execution.

Fast and direct

Clients valued clear communication, quick agreement on scope, and no unnecessary process.

Documented delivery

Work often included practical documentation, project explanation, and repository setup.

Multi-stack execution

Feedback covered PHP/MySQL, Django, .NET, REST API, Java, and database-driven projects.

Proof

The kind of work I want to be known for

My strongest project is CentralHub, a Polish HR and payroll automation system. It connects verified CRM data with a payroll SQL Server workflow, validates employee and contract records, checks financial calculations, and reduces manual data entry.

The business value is simple: a workflow that could take around 40 hours each month can be reduced to minutes, with fewer errors and clearer validation before data reaches production systems.
